Follow-up Service
Some buyers import different kinds of items from different suppliers which maybe sum up to tens of suppliers. They often need to know the status of each order but they find that it¡¯s a heavy work for them to contact the suppliers one by one due to language and time-difference.
We provide the service to contact each supplier and ask for the information such as the production is began or not, when will begin, how much is finished, when will be finished, what the problem they have, ¡¡. Finally, buyers can receive a report including all information of all suppliers at one time.
However, please note that we provide the follow-up service only to those clients who gave inspection orders. This is because the supplier do not reply the inquiry to the people they do not know.
Products Design (Products out-shape Design)
Our inspectors know various kinds of products and various models of each kind of product during their long time inspection. In addition, we know the related safety/performance standards, the defects or difficulties for a certain products, the solutions and etc. With the experiences, we can suggest or design the out-shape and/or the internal construction of some products.
If clients wants a new or an improved model, we can make the design by CAD, Pro-engineer and etc.
Test Certification Consultant
We have relations with some international test certification bodies in Shanghai like TUV, KEMA, SEMKO and etc. If needed, we can help to contact these companies to apply test certification or some tests.
